The Community Play Space will be a multi-generational, inclusive play area proposed by the Falmouth Recreation Department and the Falmouth Commission on Disabilities. It will be located on 1.5 acres of a town-owned 4.9-acre parcel at 67 Davisville Rd. The CPA funding will provide engineering for a conceptual plan for the play space, which will include site analysis, concept plan, and a Play Space Master Plan. When finished, the play area will include play spaces, game areas, and fitness areas for children and adults, and will include shade structures, restroom(s), parking areas, and benches. The entire project will be designed and constructed in accordance with ADA and MAAB regulations.
