Community Housing Projects in Falmouth

The CPFund has contributed $6 million to Community Housing projects since 2005.

These projects contribute to the creation of new affordable single-family homes and rental apartments for Falmouth’s working families and individuals as well as for elderly and disabled residents. Additionally, the Fund has contributed almost $3 million to what is now the Falmouth Affordable Housing Fund, for which the Board of Selectmen serve as Trustees. The CPFund has also provided funding to the Falmouth Housing Authority to preserve existing affordable, rental family housing and provide housing search and limited financial assistance for hard-to-house local residents.
